A beautiful zucchini 2 or 3 york ham fillets of the long ones, but if you have a sandwich at home you can also use it. 2 or 3 slices of melted cheese 1 egg salt oil
Preparation of zucchini stuffed with York ham and cheese:
We wash, remove the tips of the zucchini and cut it into half centimeter slices, season it.
We take the york ham fillets and place the melted cheese, and put another york ham fillet on top so that we cover it, the cheese. And we are cutting it into squares the size of the zucchini slices.
In a bowl we beat the eggs with salt and we pass the zucchini through the beaten egg.
We put oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini
Once the zucchini has been fried, we take it out and put it in a dish covered with absorbent paper and on top we put the ham and the cheese that we have cut into pieces.
We cover it with another piece of hot zucchini that is the same size as the other slice of zucchini.
