Integral Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients (12 units):


– 150 gr of whole wheat flour
– 150 gr of cocoa per cup powder (value type)
– 90 gr of brown sugar
– 100 gr of butter at room temperature
– 150 gr of skimmed milk
– 3 eggs
– 3 c. s. chocolate chips
– 1 envelope of chemical yeast (Royal type)

Elaboration:


We preheat the oven 180º heat up and down.

In a bowl we put the eggs, sugar, milk, butter and cocoa powder and mix well with some rods or with the mixer.

We sift the flour with the yeast and add it to our previous mixture, stirring so that it is well integrated.


When everything is well mixed add 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips and stir gently.

We cover silicone molds or flannels with the cupcake capsules and fill with our mixture about 3/4 parts.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes depending on the power of the oven, click with a toothpick and if it comes out clean our muffins will be ready.
