White Chocolate Muffins

 

Ingredients (12 units):


– 300 gr of flour
– 3 eggs
– 200 gr of brown sugar and a little more to decorate
– 200 gr of sunflower oil
– 100 ml of milk
– 125 gr of white chocolate
– 1 envelope of baking powder (Royal type)

Elaboration:


We preheat the oven 180º heat up and down.


Powder the sugar with the mixer, add it to a bowl together with the eggs, oil and milk and beat everything for about 2 minutes.


Next we sift the flour together with the yeast, we add it to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and we mix carefully with wrapping movements until we obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps.


We chop the white chocolate and add it to the previous mixture.

We cover silicone molds or flannels with the cupcake capsules and fill with our mixture about 3/4 parts.

Decorate with a little brown sugar and bake for about 15-20 minutes depending on the power of the oven, click with a toothpick and if it comes out clean our muffins will be ready.
