White Bean Salad

Ingredients:

  • Chives
  • Half red pepper

We put the beans in a strainer and wash them very well. We chop all the other ingredients in brunoise. We put everything in a salad bowl and season with salt, oil and a little English sauce also known as perrins sauce, it gives it a touch. Stir and serve.

You can cook the beans yourself, but the quality of the canned beans is very good and not worth it, especially to save time.

It is an excellent unique dish and can be done overnight and is very good. Ideal for summer, quick and easy.
