Vegetable Pizza – Homemade recipes

Pizza is an ideal dish for any dinner and even as a meal starter. The best thing is that everyone likes it. At home we make them very varied by mixing different ingredients. Many times it is improvised depending on what is in the fridge. Making it is quite fast, especially if you buy the dough. It is interesting to have some frozen dough in case the occasion arises. . Try this you will love it.

Ingredients:

  • Pizza dough
  • Three teaspoons of dried tomato pate
  • Three tablespoons of homemade fried tomato
  • A julienned spring onion
  • A small Italian green bell pepper cut into julienne strips
  • Four slices of york ham
  • Six tablespoons of grated cheese
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Elaboration:

We spread the pizza dough and prick it with a fork. We spread the dry tomato pate (the one I use is from the Lidl, from the Deluxe brand) and gives it a touch. On top we spread the fried tomato, then we put the chives and then the green pepper. We put the york ham slices together and cut them into small pieces, if we want we can use small blocks of york ham. We distribute the cheese throughout the pizza and add the black pepper, better freshly ground and the oregano. We put it in the oven at 180º C for about 20 minutes.
