– 1 kg of veal black pudding cut into pieces – 4 large potatoes – 1 onion – 100 gr of mushrooms – 3 carrots – 2 garlic cloves (optional) – 500 ml of white wine – 4 c. s. fried tomato – 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika – Olive oil – Salt
We wash the potatoes and the onion, peel them, cut them into quarters and reserve them in a bowl with a little water. Then we wash the carrots, remove the skin, cut them and add them to the source. We remove the base of the mushrooms, we wash them well with cold water until they remove all the soil they may have and we reserve them together with the rest of the vegetables.
We cover the bottom of the fast pot with olive oil, drain the vegetables well and when the oil is hot add them to the pot with a little salt.
Once the vegetables have browned we will add the meat, the wine, the fried tomato, the teaspoon of paprika and we will rectify with salt.
Carefully stir a little and cover the pot. When the steam rises we lower to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes.
