Sweet Applesauce for Garnish

Ingredients (4 people):
-4 Golden apples
-50 gr of butter
-The juice of half a lemon
-1 spoon of sugar
-1 tablespoon of brandy
-1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
We wash and peel the apples, we remove the core and cut them into cubes.
In a saucepan we boil the water with the butter. When it starts to boil add the apples and the lemon juice, cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
Then drain the apples very well and put them together with the sugar, the brandy and the cinnamon in the mixer glass and beat.
We can serve it cold or hot, as an accompaniment especially for red meat.
