Roast Chicken with Butter

Ingredients (4 people):


– 4 large skinned chicken thighs
– 10 small new potatoes
– 125 gr of butter
– Olive oil
– Salt
– Water


Elaboration:


We preheat the oven 200º heat up and down.


In a frying pan we put 3 nuts of butter and a little olive oil, when it is hot we add the chicken thighs, a little salt, cover the pan and cook until the chicken skin is toasted.


We wash the potatoes well, cut them in half and cut them with the knife.


In a large baking dish add the potatoes, the chicken legs and a little water until the bottom of the dish is covered.


Next we add salt to taste and we are distributing the butter in pieces over the chicken and the potatoes.


Put the source in the oven and cook until the potatoes are done.


We serve hot.
