The recipe that I have prepared for today, rice with pork ribs and mushrooms, could rather have been called end of month rice.

As you can see the sense of humor does not fail me and as always we can make a rich and tasty recipe with very little, resulting in a delicious dish.
Ingredients for rice with pork rib and mushrooms
for 4 people:
300 gr of pork rib
1 sausage, can be replaced by sausages
6 medium mushrooms
4 cups of rice coffee
1 small glass of white wine
2 garlic cloves
1/2 green pepper
Water or meat broth
Preparation of rice with pork rib and mushrooms:
We put in a wok or paella pan, oil, once hot we add the pork rib that we have previously salted. We let it cool. When it is half done, add the sausage or sausages cut into pieces. We let them do it for a few minutes. We take everything out and reserve it.
In the same oil that we have fried the meat, we add the onion, garlic and green pepper cut into small pieces. We let them go very slowly. We season. We add the peeled tomato, cut into pieces, you can also grate it. Add the paprika to taste. We mix. We let it take about two minutes.
We add the mushrooms that we have previously cleaned and cut into pieces. We let it do it for about 5 minutes.
Add the meat, the sausage and the white wine. We let the alcohol evaporate from the wine for about two minutes.
Add the rice and double the water or broth. We season. Once the water has boiled, let the rice cook over low heat and half covered. When the rice is done, we check for salt.
I have made the rice dry but if you fancy bad broth you can add more water.
