Red Apple Cream

Ingredients (4 people):


– 1 medium red cabbage
– 2 golden apples
– 1 medium zucchini
– 3 small potatoes
– 5 cheese in portions
– 2 Greek yogurts
– 100 gr of serrano ham in taquitos
– Olive oil
– Salt



Elaboration:


We split the red cabbage, remove the outer leaves and cut the hard part of the base, wash it and cut it into quarters.


We wash the apples, remove the core and peel them.


We wash the zucchini, cut the ends and peel it.


We wash the potatoes and peel them.


Add all the vegetables and apples to the pressure cooker, cover them with water and add a handful of salt and a splash of oil. We cover the pot and cook over high heat until the steam rises, once the steam has risen we continue to cook over medium heat for about 10/12 minutes more.


We turn off the heat and let the steam go down.


Then add the cooked vegetables and apples along with the cheese in portions and a little of the cooking broth to the blender glass and beat until you get a fine and homogeneous cream.


We plate and decorate with the Greek yogurt, a few cubes of Serrano ham and a drizzle of olive oil.


We serve hot.
