Pork ribs with blueberry jam

pork ribs with raspberry jamPork ribs can be prepared in many different ways and they are all delicious. But today I encourage you to try this recipe. It is very easy, you just have to put them in the oven and be a little aware. They are very rich and it is also a very economical dish. Kids love it.


  • A kilo of pork ribs
  • Three tablespoons of vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Blueberry jam


Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper and place them in a bowl where we have put a little oil. We introduce in the oven at 200ºC for about 60 minutes, approximately (depends on the oven). Halfway through the cooking, turn the meat over and add a glass of water with a little vinegar.

If necessary, we take them out of the oven and turn them over again. We leave them a little more, so that they are well browned on both sides. But without going over, the ribs have to be juicy.

They can be accompanied with blueberry jam or with any other jam of red fruits, strawberries, raspberries. They are also very rich with red or orange plum jam.

The salad that goes to the movies is the escarole and pomegranate. If we do not have pomegranate only lettuce or green sprouts.
