Pita Bread with Roast Chicken and Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients (4 people):


– 4 medium pita breads
– 250 gr of roasted chicken in strips
– 1 small assorted lettuce bag
– 1 tomato
– 200 gr of Brie cheese
– 4 large pitted dates
– 2 natural yogurts
– 3 c. s. orange blossom honey
– 1 pinch of cinnamon
– 1 pinch of salt


Elaboration:


To make the sauce, put the yogurts in a bowl and stir them well until there are no lumps, then add the honey, salt and cinnamon, continue stirring until everything is well integrated and reserve.


We preheat the oven to 180º heat up and down, moisten the pita bread, cut it in half and when the oven has heated we put it in for a few minutes. We should not leave it too long because it would dry us out a lot.


Once the pitas are baked, we distribute them on the plates and add to each one a little lettuce, a tomato slice, a date cut in half, a little roasted chicken, a piece of Brie cheese and 3 tablespoons of the yogurt sauce we had reserved.
