– 500 gr of pasta – 250 gr of minced beef – 3 eggs – 500 gr of fried tomato – 100 gr of grated cheese – Olive oil – Salt
To cook the pasta we place it in a large saucepan, cover it with water, add a handful of salt, two tablespoons of olive oil and cook it for about 10/12 minutes after the water begins to boil. Once cooked, drain it well and reserve it.
Next we cover the bottom of a frying pan with olive oil, when the oil is hot we add the minced meat with a little salt and fry it until it is well separated and browned. We crack the eggs in a bowl, add them to the pan with the minced meat and stir them until they have curdled well.
Once the eggs have curdled, add the pasta that we had reserved to the pan, carefully remove so that all the ingredients are integrated and add the fried tomato.
Then we transfer the mixture to a baking dish, cover with the grated cheese and gratin in the oven.
