Pasta in tripe sauce:

The boys always ask for pasta, they never get tired of eating it. There are many delicious recipes, this is one more is one more. I hope you like it.

Ingredients:

  • 350gr of fusilli
  • A garlic clove
  • Chives
  • An Italian green pepper
  • A cayenne
  • A heaping teaspoon of flour
  • 150 ml of white wine
  • Medium spicy chorizo
  • Four slices of bacon
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Elaboration:

Cook the pasta in a saucepan with plenty of water. When al dente, drain, reserving the cooking water.

Chop the vegetable and sauté it together with the cayenne pepper. When it is well poached, remove the cayenne and add the bacon cut into strips. Once browned, add the chorizo ​​in small tacos. Add the flour, brown it and add the wine. We let it cook for the alcohol to evaporate. Finally we add the pasta and four or five saucepans of cooking water and leave it for about 5 minutes. It has to be a little broth. When serving we put freshly ground black pepper.

If we do not like it very spicy, we can delete the cayenne pepper and use sweet chorizo. Another option is to add ham instead of bacon.
