Ingredients (4 people):

– 400 gr of pasta (I put radiatori)
– 240 gr of smoked bacon in strips
– 12 mushrooms
– 6 medium eggs
– Olive oil
– Water
– Salt



Elaboration:


We put the pasta to cook in a saucepan with water and a handful of salt for 10/12 minutes or whatever the container indicates.


While the pasta is cooking we wash the mushrooms, cut the base and cut them into quarters.


We cover the bottom of a non-stick frying pan with the oil, when it is hot we add the mushrooms and a pinch of salt and cook them until golden, then add the bacon to the frying pan and brown it a little.


Drain the pasta well and add it to the pan, mix a little with the rest of the ingredients and over low heat add the eggs one by one, stirring carefully so that they integrate with the rest of the ingredients and are like a cream.


We rectify with salt and serve hot.


Suggestion: If we want, we can add 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese to the recipe once it is finished, but if we add the cheese, we will not correct the salt at the end.
