Noodles with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients (4 people):
-400 gr of noodles
-250 gr of mushrooms
-250 gr of thick cooking cream
-50 gr of butter
-1 pinch of pepper
-1 pinch of nutmeg
We boil water with a handful of salt in a large saucepan. When it starts to boil add the noodles and cook 10/12 minutes over medium heat.
While the noodles are cooking we make the sauce, for this we remove the base of the mushrooms, wash them well with cold water until all the soil is removed and cut them into quarters.
In a frying pan add the butter, the mushrooms, the salt, the pepper and the nutmeg, and fry the mushrooms until golden.
Next we add the cream and let reduce until the sauce acquires the desired consistency (from 3 to 5 minutes).
Finally, drain the noodles well, put the platter and pour the sauce immediately on top.
