We prepare the minced meat: for this in a bowl we add the minced meat, salt, the minced garlic, the parsley, the milk, the egg and the breadcrumbs. We mix everything.
The milk has to soak the breadcrumbs, so in the end there must be a spongy dough.
With the dough we make small balls, which we will pass through flour. Fry in hot oil. We reserve in a saucepan.

1 can of tomato
1/2 green pepper
Preparation of tomato sauce for meatballs
In a frying pan, put oil and sauté the onion and green pepper, which we have finely chopped previously. We season. When it is, add the tomato. We add salt and sugar, remove everything and add it to the saucepan where the meatballs are. Let the whole set cook for about 10 minutes over low heat.
I like to prepare this dish at night and eat it the next day because the meatballs have taken on the flavor of the sauce and are delicious.
