Green bean salad

From now on is when you most want to eat salads. Rich, healthy, fresh. The good thing is that there is little work in the kitchen and we are also eating fresh vegetables with a lot of properties. Little by little I will be incorporating salad recipes since it is very important to include them in lunch and dinner.


  • 500 kg of green beans
  • Two potatoes
  • Two large tomatoes
  • A can of bonito in olive oil
  • Chives
  • 75gr of green olives
  • Three boiled eggs


We wash and chop the beans. We cook them until they are tender. It is important not to pass them, we check it by pricking them with a fork.

Peel and cut the potatoes and cook them.

We put all the chopped ingredients together in a good salad bowl and season with salt, vinegar and extra virgin olive oil to taste. The proportion is one of vinegar and three of oil.

Salads have little calorie intake and many vitamins and minerals. It is a dish rich in nutrients and that also satisfies us. These qualities make the salad a dish full of benefits since they hydrate and refresh, they are purifying, they take care of the heart, they have great antioxidant power, they help to keep the skin in perfect condition, they regulate intestinal function due to the richness of fiber that they provide to our body, help prevent cholesterol and green leaf prevent anemia.
