Green Bean and Bacon Salad

Ingredients (4 people):
-1 kg of tender green beans
-200 gr of smoked bacon
-2 large red tomatoes
We wash the beans well and remove the tips, put them in a pot with a little salt and a splash of oil, pour water on them without covering them and cook them (in a fast pot it will take about 5 minutes after the steam, in a saucepan we will have to cook until we see that they are tender by pricking them with a fork).
When the beans are cooked, drain them well and reserve them.
We wash the tomatoes, cut them into wedges and reserve.
We put the bacon in a frying pan and fry it until it is golden, then add the drained beans to the pan and sauté them for about 2 minutes with the bacon carefully so that they do not break.
We plate and add the tomato in segments on top.
If we are not much of bacon, we can replace it with 3 cans of drained tuna, the recipe will also be delicious.
This salad is served warm and we can dress it with olive oil and salt or add a little mayonnaise.
