Homemade dessert recipe: frozen yogurt and peach bomb.
I am one of those who love ice cream at any time of the year, this ice cream I have made with peach but it can be made with another type of fruit: strawberries, cherries, figs, etc.
The recipe itself is not complicated. You just have to be very patient, for the times. But the result is spectacular.
This frozen bomb falls within my personal challenges, which from time to time mark me. Some time ago I published a recipe for a frozen chocolate bomb, and I wanted to make another bomb, but as they say in the circus “and now, the most difficult yet”
To prepare this dessert I had to make two ice cream one of yogurt and the other of peach
The first time I made it I used 4 plain yogurts, but this last time, I used plain creamy yogurt, it is thicker and has more flavor, it reminds me of Greek yogurt in texture. They sell it in containers of 500 gr.
Ingredients for the frozen yogurt and peach bomb
For the yogurt ice cream
1 tetrabrick of 200 gr of cream of 33% of fat.
4 natural yogurts are usually 125 gr or a 500 gr tub of creamy natural yogurt.
4 tablespoons of sugar
For the semi-cold or peach ice cream:
200 gr of cream or milk cream with 33% fat
2 small or large peaches.
4 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation of the frozen pumpkin of yogurt and peach:
Yogurt ice cream
Assemble the cream with the sugar with the mixer. In a bowl or salad bowl I add all the yogurt. I stir well.
I add the cream taking care that it does not come down. I pass the mixture to a container with a lid and put it in the freezer. Every hour, I stir it to prevent it from crystallizing. I did it for 4 hours.
Semi-cold or peach ice cream:
Hair and cut the peach into pieces. I grind it with the help of the mixer. Remaining a puree.
Whipped the cream with the sugar. And carefully add the peach puree.
I put the mixture in a container with a lid and put it in the freezer. For 4 hours, stirring every hour.

In a salad bowl, I cover it with film, and add the yogurt ice cream, in the center I have placed a bowl with the ass lined with film, this I do for when it freezes, the yogurt ice cream, I leave room for the semi-cold of peach. Press to make it sink.
I leave it for an hour-hour and a half, covered with aluminum foil, so that it does not take on flavor.
After this time, I take the salad bowl out of the freezer, remove the bowl and add the peach half-cold in the hole. I level the bottom and cover it with aluminum foil, put it in the freezer overnight.

Hair and cut the peach into pieces. I cut 3 pieces of peach as if they were the segments of a tangerine. The rest I grind with the help of the mixer. Remaining a puree.
I unmold the frozen pump, for this as it will be very stuck, I have turned the salad bowl and put it under the tap with warm water, so that it will come off. I have removed the plastic wrap and placed it on a presentation plate which I have decorated with the peach wedges.

On the plate I put the peach puree in the bottom and on top the piece of ice cream. Previously I have taken the frozen pump out of the freezer for about 15 minutes.
