Fetuccini with Mushrooms and Soy Sauce

 

Ingredients (4 people):


– 250 gr of fettuccine
– 200 gr of oyster mushrooms (oyster mushrooms)
– 4 fillets of chicken breast
– 1 small green pepper
– 1 small sweet onion
– 100 gr of soy sauce
– Olive oil
– Salt



Elaboration:


We wash the mushrooms well, dry them a little and cut them by hand into medium pieces. We cover the bottom of a frying pan with olive oil, add the mushrooms and a little salt, fry over high heat until golden and reserve.


We wash the peppers and cut them, we wash the onion, peel it and cut it into julienne strips, add the peppers and onion to the pan in which we have cooked the mushrooms together with a little salt and fry them until the peppers are tender and the onion has been poached, we reserve together with the mushrooms.


Next we cut the breast fillets into medium pieces, add a little salt and fry them in the same oil in which we have cooked the rest of the vegetables until they turn golden.


Add to a saucepan water, a handful of salt and a splash of oil bring to a boil, add the fetuccini and cook over medium heat for about 7 minutes or as long as the container indicates. Once cooked, let them drain a little.


Next we add to the frying pan in which we have the pieces of breast the mushrooms, the pepper and the onion that we had reserved we heat them over high heat for one minute, add the fettuccines to the frying pan and continue cooking for one more minute.


Add the soy sauce to the pan, stir until it is well integrated with the rest of the ingredients and serve hot.
