Date and Bacon puff pastry
Ingredients (4 people):
– 1 puff pastry sheet
– 200 gr of sliced bacon
– 150 gr of Philadelpia cheese
– 10 large pitted dates
– 1 egg
We preheat the oven to 180º, heat up and down.
Spread the puff pastry sheet, spread it with the Philadelpia cheese, arrange the bacon slices and the dates cut in half.
We close our puff pastry and seal it by pressing well on the edges. We brush it with the beaten egg and with a knife we make a small hole in the center.
Bake until golden brown (about 20 minutes depending on the oven), let cool slightly and serve.
