Cheap and easy recipe: Crispy chicken wings. Its shape is very simple to make, but the best is the accompaniment: barbecue sauce.
I have to admit that barbecue sauce is a bit of my style. It is a sweet and sour tomato sauce to which I add a little Tabasco.
Ingredients for crispy chicken wings in barbecue sauce.
for 4 people:
16 wings cut into pieces.
a garlic clove
a small cayenne chilli (optional)
For the barbecue sauce:
a can of tomato of 300 gr
1 pickled gherkin
2 tablespoons of sugar
Mustard louit diaphanous tarragon
Sherry vinegar, if you don’t have normal wine
Preparation of crispy chicken wings in barbecue sauce
We wash the wings, salt and pepper them and flour them and then fry them in a frying pan with plenty of oil to which we will have added a clove of garlic and the chili pepper (optional).
When the wings are out we remove them and let the excess oil remain on a plate to which we have put absorbent paper.
The barbecue sauce:
Fry the canned tomato with a little oil and add a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar, and let it cook for a few minutes.
While in the blender glass (take a blender glass that can withstand the heat) add the finely chopped gherkin, a splash of vinegar, a tablespoon of the small mustard, tabasco to taste, a dash of ketchup and tomato a time fried.
Be careful not to get burned when you put it in the blender! and we beat it all. We put the sauce in a sauce boat and put the chicken on the plate.
