Cooking Recipes for Everyone: Sirloin in White Wine

Ingredients (4 people):
– 2 pork or beef tenderloins
– 250 ml of white wine
– 2 C. s. of raisins
– 2 C. s. pine nuts
– 2 C. s. peeled sunflower seeds
– 2 C. s. peeled pumpkin seeds
– Extra virgin olive oil
With a well-sharpened knife we make a cut from side to side of the sirloins (crosswise) so that they cook better. Season with salt and pepper and add them to a frying pan that we have previously heated with about 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
After about 5 minutes, turn the sirloins and add the raisins, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and half of the white wine to the pan and continue cooking until the sirloins are well browned.
Then we add the rest of the wine, let the sauce reduce a little and serve very hot.
