Cooking Recipes for Everyone: Pancakes

 

Elaboration:

We put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat at medium speed for about a minute and let the dough rest in a cool place for half an hour.

In a small non-stick frying pan we put a nut of butter, when the butter has melted we add a part of the dough that covers the bottom of the pan, let it cook for 1 or 2 minutes and turn it over to make it for the other side (about a minute).

We repeat the operation until we get the 12 pancakes.

We serve accompanied by chocolate syrup, dulce de leche or liquid caramel.
