Ingredients (4 people):
-125 gr of flour
-125 ml of milk
-50 gr of butter
-1 pinch of salt
-1 teaspoon of sugar
Place all the ingredients in the mixer glass and beat for 1 or 2 minutes. Let the dough rest for 1/2 hour.
Grease a non-stick frying pan with a little butter, when it is hot add a ladle of the dough and cook 1 or 2 min on each side.
They can be served both with sweet filling, for example chocolate syrup and whipped cream, and salty, for example, roasted chicken strips with lettuce and Caesar sauce.
