Ingredients (16 units):
– 3 medium eggs
– 300 gr of soft nougat
– 30 gr of melted butter
– 200 gr of liquid cream for cooking
– 250 gr of flour
– 100 gr of brown sugar
– 1 envelope of chemical yeast Royal type (16 gr)
– Liquid candy
We preheat the oven 180º heat up and down.
Powder the sugar with the mixer, add it to a bowl together with the eggs, butter and cream and beat everything for about 2 minutes.
Chop the nougat, add it to the bowl and beat a little more.
Next we sift the flour together with the yeast, we add it to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and we mix carefully with wrapping movements until we obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
We cover silicone molds or flannels with the cupcake capsules and fill with our mixture about 3/4 parts.
Decorate with a little liquid caramel and bake for about 15 minutes depending on the power of the oven, click with a toothpick and if it comes out clean our muffins will be ready.
