Cooking Recipes for Everyone: Meat Lasagna

Ingredients (4 people):

-16 plates of precooked lasagna
-1 kg of minced beef
-1 red pepper
-1 yellow pepper
-400 gr of mushrooms
-400 gr of fried tomato sauce
-500 ml of bechamel
-250 gr of grated cheese
-Olive oil
-Salt

Elaboration:

Dip the lasagna plates about 15 min in hot water. Stirring occasionally.

Wash and clean the peppers and cut them into small squares. Wash the mushrooms and clean them well, cut them into pieces.

In a frying pan we toss 3 c.s. of olive oil, add the peppers and the mushrooms and season. Before the vegetable finishes cooking we add the minced meat, rectify with salt and cook over high heat until it acquires a golden hue, uncovered so that it does not cook.

While preparing the filling we preheat the oven to 180º.

Next we add the tomato sauce to the pan and stir so that it spreads well.

To assemble the lasagna we cover a baking dish with the previous mixture and we are assembling the layers inserting plates and filling.

To finish we cover the lasagna with the béchamel sauce and the grated cheese and gratin for about 15/20 min.
