Ingredients (4 people):
1 kg of minced lamb meat
6/8 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon of sweet or spicy paprika
1 little pepper
1 little salt
Olive oil for frying
Put all the ingredients except the oil in a bowl and mix well. With the mixture make medium-sized hamburger shapes.
Heat a frying pan with the oil and fry the hamburgers over medium heat for 3 or 4 minutes on each side (Before removing, check that they have cooked well inside).
Suggestion: They can be served on hamburger bread with lettuce, tomato, caramelized onion, cheese and barbecue sauce or accompanied by mashed potatoes.
