– 250 gr of sunflower oil
– 1 egg
– 1 pinch of salt
– 1 c.s. vinegar (I use apple)
– 4 c.s. from Ketchup.
– 2 c.s. natural orange juice
– 2 c.s. brandy
– 1/2 teaspoon of mustard
We put the oil, the egg (it must be at room temperature, never fresh from the refrigerator), the salt, the vinegar and beat in the glass of the blender and mix, the blender should touch the bottom of the glass and should not move until you have not emulsified the mixture.
When the mixture has emulsified we add the rest of the ingredients and continue beating until they are all well integrated.
We put in the refrigerator and let cool.
If we want the sauce to leave us with a spicy touch, we will add some drops of tabasco along with the rest of the ingredients.
This sauce is ideal to accompany any type of seafood and white fish.
