150 gr of Greek yogurt
2 c.s. chopped fresh chives
The juice of 1 lemon
3 c.s. Of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
Mix the yogurt, chives, lemon juice, pepper and salt in a bowl.
Add the oil little by little while stirring, until the sauce is well linked.
This sauce is ideal to accompany meats and salads, it combines very well with cucumber and apple. If we want it to be a little stronger we can add a little garlic powder. To make it creamier add 3 tsp. sour cream.
