Ingredients (4 people):
– 1 Kilo of red tomatoes
– 1 clove garlic
– 1 small red pepper
– 1 cucumber
– 1/2 onion
– 6 tablespoons of oil
– 2 tablespoons of vinegar
Peel the garlic clove, the onion and the cucumber, wash and chop the tomatoes and the pepper and put the bread to soak.
We put all the above ingredients in the blender glass, beat very well on high power, add the oil, vinegar and salt, continue beating and strain through the Chinese to remove the skins and seeds.
Add water until you reach the desired point and let cool in the fridge.
We serve accompanied by diced cucumbers, strips of Serrano ham and croutons.
