-250 gr of sunflower oil
-1 pinch of salt
-1 c.s. vinegar (I use apple)
-3 garlic cloves
Peel the garlic cloves and remove the central part.
Then we put all the ingredients in the mixer glass and beat well, the mixer should touch the bottom of the glass and should not move until the mixture has been emulsified.
To accompany roasted or cooked potatoes, white fish and rice. If you want a more intense flavor add more garlic cloves.
