Cooking Recipes for Everyone: Crab Salad

Ingredients (4 people):
-200 gr of cooked crab meat or crab sticks
-200 gr of cooked peeled prawns
-4 slices of canned pineapple, well drained
-90 gr of canned sweet corn
-1 boiled egg
We cut the crab, the prawns and the pineapple slices (which we have previously dried a bit with kitchen paper) into not very small pieces and add them to a bowl along with the chopped cooked egg and the drained corn.
Add a small amount of mayonnaise (about 5 tablespoons), mix and store in the refrigerator. When the salad is cold, add a little more mayonnaise, if necessary (enough to make the salad homogeneous).
We serve accompanied by crackers, donuts or as a tart filling.
