– 4 eggs
– 300 gr of pastry flour
– 300 gr of sugar
– 300 gr of cocoa powder
– 250 gr of milk
– 250 gr of sunflower or olive oil 0.4º
– 1 envelope of chemical yeast (16 gr)
we put the eggs, milk, sugar, oil and cocoa powder, we beat
well, we incorporate the flour and the yeast into the mixture and we mix
carefully with rods until a homogeneous result is achieved
and without lumps.
We pour the mixture into a cake pan
previously greased with a nut of melted butter and a little
flour (if the mold is crown it is much better).
We introduce the cake at medium height in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
to know if the cake is made, just open the oven (never before
20 minutes) and prick with a wooden toothpick, if the toothpick
the cake comes out clean it will be done.
We can decorate it on top with icing sugar or melted chocolate.
If we want to give the cake a different touch, we can open it and fill it with peach jam.
