Chinese salad



Ingredients (for a medium salad):

– 1/2 iceberg lettuce
– 200 gr of ham in a bar
– 1 medium carrot
– 50 gr of bean sprouts (optional)
– 30 gr of apple cider vinegar
– 25 gr of sugar
– 1 c.s. sunflower oil
– Salt


We wash the lettuce well, remove the outer leaves, cut it into thin strips and let it drain for a while. We peel the carrot and cut it into strips, like the york ham.

Add the lettuce, carrot, ham and bean sprouts to a bowl and reserve in the fridge.

To make the dressing, put the sunflower oil, the vinegar, the sugar and a pinch of salt in the glass of the blender and beat for about 3 minutes first medium power and to finish strong power.

We take the salad out of the fridge, spread the dressing on top and serve. It is important not to add the dressing until we are going to serve the salad because if we add it before, the lettuce will spoil. If we are going to take to consume it, it is better to keep both the dressing and the salad in the fridge but separately.
