We heat the oven 180º up and down.
Next we peel the apple, cut it into wedges and remove the core.
In a frying pan we put 1 nut of butter, heat and add the apple, cook until golden brown, turn off the heat, add the tablespoon of sugar and distribute well and reserve.
In a bowl we put the eggs, the yogurt, the sugar, the oil and the cinnamon, we beat well, we incorporate the flour and the yeast into the mixture and we mix carefully with some rods until we get a homogeneous and smooth result.
Pour the mixture into a cake pan previously greased with a nut of melted butter and a little flour (if the mold is crown it is much better), and spread on it the caramelized apples and the chocolate shavings.
We introduce the cake at medium height in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
To know if the cake is made, just open the oven (never before 20 minutes) and click with a wooden toothpick, if the toothpick comes out clean the cake will be done.
We can decorate it on top with icing sugar or melted white chocolate.
