– 4 Golden apples
– 1 round puff pastry sheet
– Brown sugar
– 175 gr of peach jam
– 5 c. s. of water
We preheat the oven 200º fan.
Stretch the puff pastry plate a little and prick it with a fork so that it does not rise during baking.
We core the apples, peel them, cut them into not very thick segments and distribute them in circles above the entire sheet of puff pastry.
Next we spread a little butter in pieces around the center of the cake and a few tablespoons of brown sugar until covering the entire surface with a thin layer of sugar.
We put the cake in the oven and bake at medium height for 20 minutes or until the apples are golden brown (the baking time will depend on the power of our oven).
Take the cake out of the oven and while it cools down a little, heat the water and the jam in a saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce until you get the consistency of a syrup.
We spread the jam on top of the cake and serve.
