– 2 medium golden apples – 200 gr of pastry flour – 2 medium eggs – 150 gr of sugar – 75 gr of sunflower oil – 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder – 8 gr of chemical yeast (approx. 1/2 sachet) – 75 gr of butter
We preheat the oven to 180º heat up and down.
We wash and peel the apples, we remove the core and cut them into cubes.
Next we add the butter to a frying pan along with the apples and cook them until they are golden brown.
In a bowl we put the eggs, sugar, oil and cinnamon and mix well with some rods or with the mixer, when they are well mixed add the apple pieces and remove carefully.
We sift the flour with the yeast and add it to our previous mixture, stirring so that it is well integrated.
We cover silicone molds or flannels with the cupcake capsules and fill with our mixture about 3/4 parts.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes depending on the power of the oven, click with a toothpick and if it comes out clean our muffins will be ready.
