Cold Cream of Cucumber and Yogurt

Ingredients (4 people):


– 4 large cucumbers
– 2 Greek yogurts
– The juice of one lemon
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Salt
– Pepper
– 4 slices of Serrano ham

Elaboration:


We wash the cucumbers, cut off the tips, peel them well, cut them into cubes and add them to the mixer glass.


Next we add to the glass the yogurts, the lemon juice, the oil, the salt and the pepper and we beat everything well until we get a cream of homogeneous texture.


We place, decorate with the Serrano ham and a string of olive oil and serve very cold.
