Bacon and Cream Cheese Delights
Welcome to our web site
Ingredients (4 people):
– 16 slices of smoked bacon
– 3 medium eggs
– 250 gr of cream cheese Philadelphia type
– 100 ml of liquid cream for cooking
– 25 g of butter at room temperature and a little more to grease the flannels
– Boneless dates to decorate (optional)
We preheat the oven 200º heat up and down.
We distribute two slices of bacon in the form of a cross inside each of the eight flaneras (my silicone ones) previously greased with a little butter, the central part of the bacon slices should cover the bottom of the flanera, while the edges should be on the outside of the skirt.
In a bowl we put the eggs, the cream, the cream cheese, the 25 g of butter at room temperature and stir well until all the ingredients are well integrated, but without beating.
Then we add salt and pepper to taste, stir a little more and fill the flannels with our mixture.
We put in the preheated oven and bake until the bacon is crisp and the filling a little golden (20 to 25 minutes, depends on the power of our oven).
We serve warm and accompanied by some pitted dates.
