Salad of Artichokes and Piquillo Peppers
Ingredients (4 people):
– 2 cans of artichokes (must be as small as possible)
– 4 piquillo peppers
– 1 small pot of anchovy stuffed olives
– Substitute for black caviar
– Extra virgin olive oil
Drain the artichokes very well and place them in a bowl.
Then we clean the peppers well from seeds, cut them into thin strips and add them to our source with the artichokes.
Drain the olives, cut them in half and add them to the platter.
Dress with olive oil to taste and decorate with a few teaspoons of caviar substitute.
