- 3 potatoes

How to make potato and sausage strudel
First you need to boil the potatoes in their skins in boiling salted water for about 10-15 minutes, then peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Then roll out the puff pastry with its paper inside a baking sheet
Alternate a layer of potatoes, then one of wurstel cut in half lengthwise
and add the mozzarella (not too watery, if you put it in the fridge for a few hours it is preferable).
repeat with another layer of potatoes and frankfurters
close the edges of the strudel and brush the surface with beaten egg yolk
