Pizza pesto and cherry tomatoes quick and easy recipe
Pizza with pesto and cherry tomatoes has been raging in pizzerias for a few years, it could seem excessively caloric or heavy and instead using a light pesto (perhaps homemade) it is really excellent! Try it!

Ingredients for 4 people
- 1 pizza roll or homemade pizza dough
- 2-3 tablespoons of pesto
- a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- a pinch of salt
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes
- 250 gr. of mozzarella or provolone
- flakes of Parmesan

How to make pizza with pesto and cherry tomatoes
Put a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and (if you use the ready-made pizza roll, leave it on the parchment paper in the package) roll out the dough to create the pizza frame. Brush a drizzle of oil on the dough, lightly salt and spread 2 or 3 tablespoons of pesto over the dough (I used the pesto from Coop "Fior Fiore" the best I have ever bought! Light and delicious), cut the milk cream
and distribute it on the pizza together with the sliced pachino tomatoes, a little parmesan
and bake at 220 ° for 15 min. or in any case when it is cooked and golden. Remove from the oven, add a few flakes of Parmesan or Grana cut into slices and .... good appetite!
