Pasta friarielli and provolone simple and quick recipe
Friarielli and provolone pasta: there is nothing more Neapolitan! If you like these two ingredients, go on the safe side, the broccoli go well with both sausages and provolone. Also try this same dish by putting it in the oven for a few minutes .... even better!
Ingredients for 2 people
- 1-2 bunches of broccoli (or turnip greens)
- 120 gr. of provolone
- 160 gr. of pasta (I chose the tortiglioni)
How to make friarielli and provolone pasta
Brown a clove of garlic in the oil, add the previously cleaned broccoli (or turnip greens, or broccoli), remove the garlic clove, put a cover on the pan and let the broccoli cook for 15 minutes, letting them soften and wilt in a pan.
in the meantime, boil the water for the pasta, cut the provolone into small cubes, drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the broccoli, add another drizzle of oil if necessary; sauté in a pan, and finally add the cubes of provolone
cover with the lid and turn off the heat… ..so the provolone will melt without having to turn it in a pan (in this way you will avoid the grouping of provolone with broccoli). Serve and enjoy your meal !!
