Quick and easy recipe chocolate mousse

Chocolate-mousse: long last!!! It is a simple recipe to make, I eliminated a few calories by avoiding the use of cream (often used in the preparation of mousses) and if you do not want to get fat ... just don't make portions like the one in the picture! 🙂

Ingredients for 4 cups

  • 250 gr of dark chocolate
  • 30 gr of butter
  • 4 very fresh eggs
  • 30 grams of sugar


How to make chocolate mousse

Cut 250 grams of dark chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie with a little water, when the chocolate is melted add 30 grams of butter


remove from heat and let cool; pour into a large bowl and add the yolks of 4 eggs, one at a time, turn with a wooden spoon. In the meantime, whisk the egg whites of 4 eggs with 30 g of sugar and a pinch of salt

Incorporate the egg whites into the chocolate several times, turning gently, always with movements from top to bottom

put your mousse in 4 small or 2 large cups (like the one in the photo) let it cool in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours (covering with a transparent film so that it does not take the smell of the other foods you have in the fridge) and here is yours chocolate-mousse quick and easy… .and Buon Appetito !!!
