Quick and easy recipe chocolate and hazelnut pies
Chocolate and hazelnut tartlets for Valentine's Day! For Valentine's Day I propose these very simple cakes to make, they are very good and effective! Happy Valentine's Day to all lovers! Ingredients for 7 patties
- 2 tablespoons of flour for cakes
- 145 grams of butter
- 145 grams of sugar
- 50 grams of milk
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 35 gr of bitter cocoa, 200 gr. of chopped hazelnuts.
How to make Chocolate and hazelnut cakes
In a bowl, mix the sugar with the slightly softened butter, add the egg yolks and continue to work
Add the milk, the flour with the yeast, turn and then add the bitter cocoa
Beat the egg whites and gently incorporate them into the mixture in 2 stages, turning from bottom to top to incorporate air and avoid removing the egg whites
then add the chopped hazelnuts (they are sold already chopped in packs at the supermarket).
Grease and cover the aluminum molds with bitter cocoa; pour the mixture filling the molds for 2/3.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn over your chocolate and hazelnut cakes e ENJOY YOUR MEAL!! You can cover with a chocolate topping or with curls of whipped cream on the side or we can accompany our chocolate cake with cream ice cream that gives a fresher and softer flavor.
