How to make Paccheri filled with ricotta, ham and zucchini
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the courgettes for a few moments over high heat, keeping them quite crunchy.
add the diced cooked ham and leave to flavor and cook for a couple of minutes
Let them cool, then add the ricotta, two thirds of the grated Parmesan
Prepare the béchamel (click here), or buy the ready-made one (one pack is enough for two people). At this point, boil the paccheri in boiling water, drain them a couple of minutes before the cooking time indicated on the package, drain and cool them by passing them quickly under running cold water. Drain them again carefully, being careful not to break them, and add a drizzle of oil to prevent them from sticking. With a pastry bag or a syringe for sweets (using the wide spout) stuff the paccheri, arrange them in a pan covered with béchamel,
finally cover them with the remaining béchamel and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
Brown in a preheated oven (190 °) for about 10 minutes. And your paccheri filled with ricotta, ham and zucchini are ready. Enjoy your meal!!!
