Salmon is also rich in omega 3, perfect for diets, even if it is mistakenly considered a "fatty fish" in reality it is a fish that helps lower the levels of "bad" cholesterol by increasing the levels of the "good" one, as well as to do very well, salmon is also very tasty, in this recipe I propose a very simple way to enjoy this very versatile fish from a culinary point of view.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 500 gr salmon
- 2 glasses of white wine vinegar
- 1 glass of white wine
- extra virgin olive oil
- pepper or chilli
How to make marinated salmon
Put the already cleaned salmon fillets in a glass container, add 2 glasses of vinegar and 1 glass of white wine, leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and 1 hour in the freezer.
drain the salmon and place it on a few sheets of absorbent paper
put the salmon in a glass container and add oil to completely cover the salmon, garlic, pepper and mint and leave it in the oil for a few hours, you can eat it after a few hours and also the next day. Or if you want to serve it immediately, season it after draining it, with a drizzle of oil and instead of chilli pepper (as I did in the photo), garlic and mint. Serve. And your marinated salmon is ready. Enjoy your meal!
