Baked salmon quick and easy recipe
Baked salmon: I wanted to cook the salmon in the simplest way and without adding too many ingredients, so I decided to use the cooking in foil: it came out very good, and then the salmon is good even if it looks like a fatty fish, it is actually a "good" fat rich in omega 3 which reduce "bad" cholesterol. Ingredients for 2 people:
- 2 fresh salmon steaks
- White wine
- 7-8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 pinch of salt

How to make salmon in foil
Prepare the foil: put the salmon in aluminum foil, a drizzle of oil (not too much because the salmon is already fat enough),
a little salt, chopped parsley (or whole leaves), 3-4 cherry tomatoes and a drop of white wine,
close the foil so the heat and steam inside the foil will cook the fish without burning, keeping the aroma and flavor intact. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 °.
Arrange and serve hot your salmon in foil .... Good appetite !!!
